About Drake

I’ve been working with technology for over three decades, starting back when dial-up internet was cutting edge. Over the years, I’ve seen it all—from the early days of home computing to today’s smart devices and always-connected world. My background includes system administration, networking, and years of hands-on experience keeping systems running smoothly in both homes and office.

But more than just fixing things, I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable with the technology in their lives. I know not everyone speaks "tech," so I focus on making things clear, calm, and approachable. Whether you're brand new to computers or just tired of things not working the way they should, I'm here with the patience and know-how to help

Welcome to Tech with Drake! I’m your local resource for friendly, approachable tech support right here in Marin County. My mission is to take the stress and confusion out of technology, whether you need help at home or in a small office. I believe tech support should be personal—someone you can trust and actually talk to, not just another voice on the phone.

My support covers more than just PCs—I help with Macs, tablets, smartphones, printers, and Wi-Fi, too. Need help setting up cloud backups, connecting a smart home device, or figuring out email?
